3 Powerful Home Remedies For Tinnitus

1. Apple Cider Vinegar
Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar sweetened with a little honey in a glass of water can be had 2-3 times in a day is an effective home remedy for tinnitus. Drink this solution two or three times daily until the ringing sensation in the ears stops.

2. Holy Basil
Handful of basil leaves (tulsi leaves) can be crushed to make a paste. This paste can then be used to extract the juice. The juice should be warmed slightly and 2-3 drops should be put in each (affected) ear, twice daily for 3-4 days.

3. Onions
Onion juice can be extracted and 2-3 drops can be put in each ear. After a while (about 5 minutes) the juice should be allowed to drain out. Repeat this for few times a week to get relief from tinnitus.
